print processes
garment dye variations
supplier/manufacturing differences

actual products may vary slightly from digital mockups or previews.

By purchasing from Only Player Moves, you acknowledge and accept that:

colors may appear slightly different in person
print placement may vary slightly
garment sizing may vary within standard manufacturing tolerances
materials and textures may differ slightly between production runs
distressed or faded appearances may naturally occur as part of the design aesthetic

Minor variations are not considered defects.

Only Player Moves is not responsible for subjective dissatisfaction regarding slight variations in material, color, sizing, texture, print detail, or graphic placement.

SECTION 4 — PRICING & MODIFICATIONS

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product, design, collection, or service at any time without prior notice.

We are not liable for modifications, price changes, suspended products, or discontinued services.

SECTION 5 — ORDER REFUSAL & CANCELLATION

We reserve the right to:

refuse or cancel any order at any time
limit quantities purchased per person, household, or order
refuse service to any customer for any lawful reason
cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity, abuse, or unauthorized resale

If an order is canceled after payment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

SECTION 6 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Only Player Moves is not responsible for:

carrier delays
lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
incorrect shipping information provided by customers
delays caused by weather, customs, holidays, or courier issues

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery timing belongs to the carrier.

SECTION 7 — RETURNS & REFUNDS

Refunds or replacements are only offered for:

damaged items
defective products
incorrect orders

Minor print variations, color differences, or garment inconsistencies are not considered defects.

Customers must contact us within 30 days of delivery regarding any issue.

All artwork, graphics, branding, logos, designs, mockups, website content, and media are the intellectual property of Only Player Moves and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Only Player Moves shall not be liable for:

incidental damages
consequential damages
lost profits
emotional distress
dissatisfaction related to product appearance or expectations

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.
